Trademark policy
Use the ArtBoxes name clearly.
The ArtBoxes name, marks, interface, and brand materials identify the ArtBoxes marketplace. Use them in ways that are accurate, non-confusing, and respectful of artists and collectors.
Allowed use
You may refer to ArtBoxes by name when describing a collection, marketplace listing, developer integration, or artist release that actually uses the platform.
Use plain attribution. Do not alter the name, suggest official status you do not have, or make ArtBoxes look like the seller of a physical work when the artist is responsible for that release.
Restricted use
Do not use ArtBoxes marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, custody, appraisal, insurance, or fulfillment responsibility unless ArtBoxes has confirmed that relationship in writing.
Do not copy the ArtBoxes interface, logo treatment, or brand materials for a competing service or confusingly similar marketplace.
